A four year old program is available for children who will turn four years of age on or before September 15. A half day or full day program is offered. The half day program meets from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday with a long day on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The full day program meets from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.; however, children may be picked up at the regular dismissal time which is 3:00 p.m.

The preschool curriculum is based upon the Arkansas Frameworks for four year old children. We offer a well-balanced program focusing on the spiritual, academic, social and physical development of each child in a Christ-centered environment. Religious formation is taught daily with preschoolers attending weekly mass on Fridays with our elementary school children at 8:15 a.m.

Our preschoolers experience a thematic based literary curriculum with an emphasis in math preparation to help make the transition from preschool to kindergarten smoother. The children experience guided activities, free-choice play with several centers and a wide variety of hands-on materials to discover. Along with the literacy and math, children are exposed to science and social studies lessons. The children participate in art, music, Spanish, physical education, technology, as well as, visiting the school library for story time.

Children who attend the full day program have lunch in the cafeteria then participate in free play, with a nap to follow.
