The purpose of the Christ the King Catholic School Basketball Program is to provide a positive, Christian atmosphere for children to learn the sport of basketball while enabling them to become responsible, independent individuals. It is important to remember that volunteers and everyone working at Christ the King are working toward a common goal: to help our children reach their full potential, to build their confidence, to gain a love of the sport and to develop good sportsmanship. It is our mission to provide the children of Christ the King Catholic School the opportunity to experience success in a supportive, competitive, and Christian atmosphere.

Goals: to learn the game of basketball, to get exercise and to have fun!

All parents must volunteer at the home games to ensure a successful program. Sign ups will be available for taking money at the door, working in the concession stand, keeping the clock and cleaning up at the end of the day.
